Advanced Technology

While small business and home office based cottage industry is a thriving segment of our global economy, and I am writing stories about creating your own home office based free enterprise, big business is another vital facet of our economy. We need the big businesses to help us build our habitat for humanity. No small business can build a skyscraper or jet plane.

We need the people who work in those big businesses to have a holistic education. We need you to have faith in God and respect our universal human rights. Our universal human rights must be enforced, at a local, national and global level and in public and private enterprise. You have a sacred right to work on your own free enterprise. You do not have a right to interfere with anyone else’s free enterprise.

Smart Houses

We can build houses that use very little energy to start with, and generate the energy they do use. Many experimental examples of ecologically sustainable housing were built during the 20th century. We know how to do it, and the United Nations’ Agenda 21 is a strong political commitment to do so.

I’ve read about the new Raspberry Pi Linux computers that will fit into the space of an electrical outlet, which can be programmed to control all the electrical systems and appliances in our houses. Corporations are working on combining TVs, telephones and computers into a new wave of communications, education and entertainment technology. We’re transforming our houses and automobiles into smart buildings and robots on wheels.

We will soon be building houses and apartments with a school room built into them. The school room will be a room where all the walls are super high definition TV screens. You can purchase an accredited curriculum for your kids and parents will be the primary teacher and learn the subject matter along with the kids. The school room will provide a totally immersive teaching/learning experience.

You will be able to program your house and all the appliances in it and your cars and sprinklers and security, etc., from your holistic home office and from your smart phone.

Your own private cloud of artificial intelligence will be hardwired to serve and protect you at all time and under all circumstances. It will be like KIT in the Knight Rider TV series from the 1970s, except not only your car, but your house and all of your machines will be like KIT.

Building habitat for humanity that does not radiate heat into our natural habitat, is an environmental objective, as much as it is an economic one. The heat itself is an artificial influence in our local and global ecosystems. How much heat does a city radiate into our natural habitat? We can and should design our industrial infrastructure and our habitat for humanity to minimize that thermal pollution.

Light is another artificial influence that we should manage carefully. Light is a good thing in most cases, however, we need to make sure it is full spectrum light and we need to be aware of the consequences of radiating the light into places where it is not natural, such as in our wilderness areas and our telescopes. I’m from Wyoming and we still have amazing views of the Milky Way Galaxy from there. I would like to preserve that view.

Intelligent Transportation

All electric Teslas are very popular these days. There are many other all electric and hybrid vehicles on the market. If we can produce the massive, off road mining dump trucks and railroad locomotives that run with an electric drive train; then we can manufacture high performance electric cars.

Of course, the dump trucks and locomotives use diesel engines to generate the electricity. We need a zero emission power supply for our electric cars. 80 mile range is not very far; more suitable for short urban trips, than long distance intercity voyages. I’ve heard that a high end Tesla or Cadillac electric automobile, drives like a high end Ferrari sports car.

There are several smaller companies developing electric cars from scratch. Once one of them starts making a substantial profit selling mass produced electric cars, the large manufacturers will start manufacturing electric cars on a massive scale to attain market share, and all that business strategy in competition with each other.

Some old companies may be driven out of the business. Some of the new companies may survive the process and become large auto manufacturers. Creative destruction is a well-known facet of a thriving capitalist economy. Perhaps India’s Tata company will bring all electric cars to the market.

I recently read a news report that some European company is already coming out with a next generation all electric car, which is far more advanced than the Tesla or the Cadillac. All electric drive cars are pretty much standard, from now on.

Another important idea for advancing the social and economic development of human civilization is to develop an international high speed rail, passenger transportation network. The USA’s Interstate highway system and China’s belt and road initiative are a good start.

I would love to take a slow train from Singapore or maybe even Melbourne Australia, up through China into Siberia and then all the way across to London and Lisbon. We want and need the Chinese and the Russians to join with us and make it safe to do that.

The Russians could easily connect St. Petersburg and Vladivostok and entertain us with stories about Russian history and culture, during a long slow ride through modern cosmopolitan Moskva and the wilds of Siberia.

Bullet trains to facilitate business travel, will be another global high speed rail network. A network of bullet trains connecting east Asia, the Middle East and Europe would definitely improve the economy of Kazakhstan and Russia. We are reebuilding the Silk Road!

Connecting to Iran and the middle east and then India and Africa and spreading out into a global intelligent high speed rail transportation system, will be another step forward, toward world unity and universal peace and prosperity.

Smart passenger trains will relieve congestion in our airlines and on our highways. Building, maintaining and operating a global high speed passenger rail system, will supply thousands of jobs for another generation of people.

Perhaps, the electric trains will draw energy, generated by fusion reactors, from the rails. Magnetic levitation has been developed experimentally, and could eventually be phased into our global passenger transportation system. We still have fairly modern freight rail transportation, and many nations are already operating advanced high speed rail systems.

If we need to use the government to get this business started, then so be it. I’m not opposed to collective social and economic development. We should do whatever best serves all of the people of earth. Just make sure we preserve the free enterprise of our cottage industries, our home office based capitalist entrepreneurs.

Unity in diversity implies that cultural and economic diversity is a valuable facet of human nature and civilization. We don’t want or need a one size fits all social and economic development ecosystem.

Diversity is valuable. Think about it from this perspective. During the 1800s the Irish had gotten into the habit of growing potatoes for food. Potatoes had become so popular that everyone grew them. Eventually the potatoes caught a disease and died. Since everyone grew potatoes, there was no alternative food supply and a severe famine devastated the Irish people.

So, social and economic diversity should be seamlessly integrated into our global economy. The American system is not better or worse than the European system, they are just different, and that is OK.

One thing we should decidedly not do; is allow a few selfish and aggressive people to manipulate our civilization to preserve or increase their advantage, at the expense of everyone else. We don’t want to trade one elite ruling class, big business owners and government bureaucrats, for any other elite ruling class, such as doctors, lawyers and teachers, either. Perhaps we need a new amendment to the constitution that limits the power of corporations, as well as the power of the state.

Our hydrocarbon industry has proven itself to be unreliable suppliers of energy and we should find and develop alternatives as quickly as possible. Then that thick black smoke will fade away and disappear, and we can all breathe a big sigh of relief.

Naturally, our land transportation systems will be designed to integrate seamlessly with our air and sea based transportation systems.

By the way, I think everyone should have to drive on the right side of the road. It just makes sense. Did you know that the reason the British Commonwealth nations drive on the left is because when cars first came out, the British didn’t want to drive on the same side of the road as the French. That’s like the Russians and Chinese have different scale railroads, in order to prevent invasion from each other. What a colossal waste of resources.

We should all drive on the right side of the road and we should all use the metric system of weights and measures. It looks like international English is becoming the one world language, at least for now.

We should get to some kind of one world banking, trading and money as quickly as possible. Of course, this is all just my opinion. We may replace money with an entirely new social and economic development ecosystem.

Clean Energy Technology

From what I’ve been hearing and reading, there are many people working on developing a variety of machines that run on zero point energy. Their ideas, their businesses and the technology is being aggressively suppressed by corporate interests, because there is no way to put a meter on the zero point energy.

Once that technology finally reaches the market, the stranglehold the hydrocarbon industry has on our economy will be over. That completely artificial shortage of energy, will suddenly disappear. All that competition for scarce resources will end.

The wind turbine industry is booming right now. Energy companies are building forests of wind turbines throughout the great plains and anywhere else where they are practical, which is just about everywhere. I’ve seen tens of thousands of wind turbines out here in western North America with my own eyes. If you want to know the truth, I think they are eye sores.

Transforming tidal energy into electricity seems like another promising energy production technology. Ocean tides are immensely powerful and perfectly reliable. And since most people live near the ocean, these big cities could be building tidal generation systems all over the world.

There are many reasons I think hot fusion energy is a good option. One reason is the virtually unlimited supply. And the technology we develop to contain the fusion reaction can be used for other reasons. For example, radiation shielding and other force fields for a variety of applications. If we can develop the technology to contain a fusion reaction, we can use that same technology to push or pull spacecraft around.

Cold fusion, or Low Energy Nuclear Reactions [LENR], is another option that looks very promising. Thousands of experiments, all over the world, including several high school students in the USA, have duplicated experiments to produce energy and the transmutation of elements using LENR.

The nuclear science of fission and fusion are the basis of our transmutation of elements technology. We’ll soon be able to manufacture as much of any element that we need. We can take atoms apart with fission reactors and put them together with fusion reactors.

These are big business projects. We need big business to accomplish these large scale enterprises. Big business is an honorable enterprise, as long as the people doing it are acting honorably, serving people and not bullying people. Its just like guns. Guns and big business are not the problem. The problem is the people using the guns and working in the big businesses.

A good work ethic and teamwork are honorable features of human nature and civilization. We just don’t want big business interfering with our government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Separating our free enterprise from the state, might be more important than the separation of church and state. Of course, we need well regulated international commerce, not economical anarchy. We also need both the state and our world economy to be guided and influenced by our spirituality.

From my perspective, business, finance and economics are sciences. Science, history, philosophy and religion are all one subject.

During the Most Great Peace, all business men and women will be spiritual people, all businesses will be spiritually inspired enterprises and all government institutions will naturally be governed by the one true God.

Sustainable Cities

I recently heard about the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). It is a 1000 kilometer long megalopolis, under construction in India. India is planning on moving 300,000,000 rural citizens into a brand new planned, sustainable, urban corridor. This is very good news. The United Nations is surging ahead, while all these national and regional trading blocks disintegrate.

We can recharge our electric drive automobiles with some of the energy that our houses generate. Perhaps we can figure out how to harness that thermal energy escaping from our habitat for humanity.

The type and amount of pollution produced in the manufacturing and disposal of batteries, and of course, the pollution produced generating the electricity with which we charge the batteries, will be issues that we need to keep working on improving. These technical problems can be solved easily, its just a matter of engineering, and the electric machinery will improve rapidly once we begin mass producing it.

Notice all the Indians riding on top of the trains and buses? It’s against the law to take risks like that in America today. That’s why the Indians will probably take the risk to develop technology that sets us free from our dependence on the hydrocarbon industry.

I’ve read that while the Chinese are good at copying technology and doing what you’re told to do, how and when you’re told to do it; the Indians are real capitalist entrepreneurs and far more likely to discover and invent revolutionary sciences and technology. Of course, I could be wrong about that. China and India are both going to be massive economic engines from now on.

I’m challenging both, the Chinese and the Indian people, to add value to our universal commonwealth. Help make the world a better place. Use friendly, cooperative social and economic development, not aggressive power and control, to add value to our universal commonwealth.

I don’t know very many Indian or Chinese people, so I’m not sure about your cultures. I have studied eastern philosophy fairly extensively, but that is not the same as interacting with eastern people. I understand that you are more socialist. You hold family and group and even the state in very high regard, relative to the individual.

I read recently that a Chinese man was charged with the crime of being too much of an individualist. Well, we Americans celebrate our individualism. A healthy balance of individual human rights, family values and national and global patriotism will arise naturally as we all grow together into one universal commonwealth.

We have to be able to talk with each other respectfully, in order to grow together, to improve ourselves and advance our civilization peacefully. Its the mixture of diverse cultures and economies that is producing another episode of punctuated equilibrium, another relatively sudden transformation in the evolution of human nature and civilization.

We, the people of earth, are never going back to being ruled by any elite ruling class of human beings. God makes the rules. Every individual human being is ruled by God, not the state nor any corporation nor any human being, not even our own selves.

We all have our advantages and disadvantages. We Americans seem to be pretty tame these days. Our economy is hyper-regulated. While our economy is mostly privately owned, it’s controlled by the government. And we have one of the most oppressive intellectual ecosystems on the planet.

Just think about the intellectual monopoly the AMA and other such organizations have engineered for themselves in the field of medicine. Or the mobs of so called liberals, terrorizing people for believing in traditional family values.

There are advantages and disadvantages to all the regulation of the American economy and culture. Stifling the risk inherent in free enterprise is one of the disadvantages.

One of the advantages of the American system is the example of one year, back in 1994, there was a 6.5 earthquake in Los Angeles. That same year there was a 6.5 earthquake in Iran. 35 people were killed in the Northridge earthquake, 35,000 people were killed in the earthquake in Iran. So, America’s detailed building codes and micromanaging of our economy has its advantages.

The United Nations is poised to launch, in fact, it has already embarked on an enterprise of creating another wave of progress of human nature and civilization, which builds on the progress that western civilization accomplished during the 20th century. The United Nations, our global federation of self governing nations, dwarfs all of the regional civilizations it contains, including western civilization and China and India and all the others.

I encourage you to investigate the United Nations and follow its leadership. Pay attention and adapt to what’s going on with the UN. A lot of my patriotic American friends are not big fans of the UN. I say that its just the next logical step to take in the progress of human civilization.

Just think about the social and economic development progress the USA was able to accomplish during the 20th century and imagine what the United Nations will produce during the 21st century.

Perhaps some sort of nuclear power, such as LENR or cold fusion, or some other kind of zero point energy technology, will demolish that hydrocarbon fueled military industrial complex that’s producing the thick black smoke, rising from the bottomless pit, fulfilling both the Hopi and the Christian prophecies about the end times.

Of course, the end time is also the beginning of a whole new World Order of Baha’u’llah, which will be unlike anything that has existed before Baha’u’llah founded the Kingdom of God during the 19th century. The end of the 5125 year long Mayan calendar on 12/21/2012 is just another perspective of this recycling of life on earth.

We, the end users of the zero emission automobiles, can use our wallets to speed up the process of transforming our industrial infrastructure, to mass produce electric cars and to completely replace the internal combustion engine, as soon as possible.

Electric motors can do pretty much anything an internal combustion engine can do. Hydrocarbons will be used in our chemical industry, not our energy industry. Our houses will radiate the energy to our vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers and trimmers, etc., just like our wifi and wireless smart phones work today.

A Spacefaring Civilization

Evolving into a spacefaring civilization is another interesting chapter of the story of human nature and civilization. We are in the process of developing the technological and economic infrastructure for interplanetary civilization.

There is no planet in this solar system that humans can migrate to. We can explore the solar system and extract natural resources for our economy, but we will have to learn how to make the jump to light speed to get to another solar system with a planet that has 1 G of gravity and a hydrosphere.

Nuclear fission and fusion are primitive stages of our transmutation of elements technology. We will eventually figure out how to harness the dark energy that is causing the expansion of the universe to accelerate. Then, we will use that science to build the technology to jump from this solar system to another one.

Development of a human economy based on the Earth, Moon and Asteroid ecosystem is already well underway. The two great superpowers, the USSR and the USA, started this adventure. Now, many nations and private industry are racing into space.

Now that Americans have explored just about every major planet in the solar system, the micro-gravity environment in orbit around earth is the primary objective. Faster better communications on earth, using fleets of thousands of satellites in very low orbit, is improving on the progress made by smaller fleets a little higher up.

Iridium and Teledesic were two such fleets under construction in the 1990s. They were launching 5 satellites at a time from international waters using the Sea Launch platform. Today, Skylink is under construction, launching 60 very low earth orbit satellites at a time.

The goal is to increase the speed of the up and down link in the satellite communications technology, to increase the bandwidth of the Internet. With fiber optics, satellite and 5G communications and artificial intelligence, we are entering an entirely new stage of the evolution of human nature and civilization.

Every human being will have access to the collective knowledge of all human beings. Free and open source education will contribute to a very sudden transformation of humanity into a class one civilization.

A Class One Civilization

A class one civilization is one in which the whole human race and the whole planet earth are one united civilization. Right now, the regional civilizations are clashing, because they are growing together.

The rule of law and cultural values have evolved independently in different regions of earth. Now, all the races, religions and cultures are global. There is a lot of conflict and contention about moral values and the rule of law. Who makes the rules?

God makes the rules. You could say, the one world unification and the voluntary submission to God are the yin and yang of class one civilization. Actually, the one world unity is a consequence of the voluntary submission to God.

The LENR experiments that were first accomplished in Utah, have been replicated hundreds of times and that technology, while still in its infancy now, is destined to revolutionize the human economy. These experiments are producing excess energy and new elements in the transmutation of elements process of nuclear fusion.

Big businesses are apparently using our government to suppress this technology, in order to preserve our completely artificial dependence on the very expensive and filthy hydrocarbon infrastructure that we’ve already developed during the last several hundred years.

Reasoning with each other and consultation, networking and all kinds of teamwork are necessary facets of the revolutionary transformation of our universal commonwealth. We’re replacing these giant hierarchical institutions with networks of individuals, families, tribes and nations, small and large businesses and our global federation of self governing nations and our one common faith.

Citizenship in our one universal and divine civilization is 100% voluntary. We have to achieve it by reasoning with each other and coming together into mutually acceptable relationships. Employee owned and democratically managed businesses are becoming more and more common and successful. Own the company you work for. Make sure you get that profit sharing check.

Private property may be selected for extinction in the future, but for now, buy assets. Assets earn income. Liabilities cost money to own. Owning assets earns income. Work smart. Invest your discretionary income in the productivity of the people of earth.

Just like those single celled organisms growing together into the first multicellular organism, we, the people of earth, are becoming one vast and incredibly diverse and complex superorganism. We already are one universal and divine civilization.

All that conflict and contention, the competition and selfish ambition, are primitive remnants of our natural history. Modern, civilized human beings practice cooperation, service and unity in diversity. We are inherently altruistic, noble creatures.

This idea of tapping into an energy source that we cannot put a meter on, so that we can charge people for using it, using free and open source computer software and free and open source education and natural health care, etc., are other revolutionary changes in our human economy. The nature of finance and economics is evolving rapidly.

Money, trade and work; our means of producing our food, shelter and clothing is also experiencing one of those revolutionary episodes of punctuated equilibrium or creative destruction and no one really knows what the next generation of our human economy will look like. All we know for sure is that our present global economy, dominated by multinational corporations, is not sustainable. We, the people of earth, will not tolerate anyone other than Almighty God ruling us. And truly spiritual people will never agree to abuse or neglect another human being.

We know our future world economy will be spiritual and peaceful and prosperous. We know that because we can make human civilization whatever we want to, and the vast majority of the people of earth are spiritual people, who want peace and prosperity for all people everywhere.

Today, our old, hierarchical institutions are still trying to preserve themselves. However, they’re like the dinosaurs that survived for a short while after the asteroid hit earth. The Revelation of Baha’u’llah is the Most Great Announcement, which has already revolutionized human consciousness.

We’re all becoming more autonomous as individuals. Power is being dispersed out to all of the people of earth, rather than being held by a few aggressive and wealthy people, ruling a vast multitude of poor people. And ultimately, Almighty God rules every individual human being.

And this is not a selfish liberation. It is spiritual. Almighty God makes the rules for all people, individually and collectively. Submission to God is a completely voluntary attitude and completely voluntary behavior. God does not need man to love and obey Him. Human beings on the other hand, desperately need to know and love and obey God.
