by Bob Mccoy
Cultivate a habit of keeping your files well organized. The files on your computer and your hard files, like titles, birth certificates and stuff like that. Make sure you have a file cabinet with a folder for each set of files. Keep the files on you computer well organized.
Keeping track of your accounts is another important task. Use password protection software to store passwords for all of your accounts and keep a list of the accounts, to help you keep track of them.
Keep your office neat and clean. Make it a pleasant place to be and an efficient place to work.
Get your trademarks, patents and business licences up to date and well arranged.
And have fun being productive. Exercise your creativity. Be a prolific artisan.
